Розділ 10 «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» Договору доповнити п. 10.5 наступного змісту:
«10.5. Дія даного Договору може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному договорі, після затвердження видатків на цю мету в установленому законодавством порядку».
Продовжити строк дії Договору до 31.03.2018 року, в зв’язку з чим п. 10.1. розділу 10 «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» викласти в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Договір вступає всилу з моменту підписання і діє в частині поставок газу до 31.03.2018 року, а в частині розрахунків до повного їх закінчення.».
