1. Сторони в рамках реалізації взятих на себе зобов'язань та з метою покращення якості предмету закупівлі відповідно до підпункту 3 пункту 5 статті 41 Закону У країни «Про публічні закупівлі» та керуючись пунктом 4.5. Договору, для приведення у відповідність тексту Договору та Додатку до нього вирішили: у тексті Договору та Додатку №2 замінити слова «Народ Донбасу» словами «Плавильний котел».
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.

У зв'язку з введенням з 24 лютого 2022 року воєнного стану в Україні відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24 лютого 2022 року № 64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (зі змінами). Виконавець не має можливості надати Замовнику Послуги у встановлені Договором строки. Сторони керуючись розділом 10 Договору, листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02 2022 №2024.02.0-7.1 та підпунктом 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» погодили продовжити строк надання Послуг до 31 липня 2022 року.
