В зв'язку із тим , що відкриті торги на закупівлю електричної енергії не відбулися сторони згідно Закону України "Про здійснення публічних закупівель" домовилися продовжити термін дії договору на строк , достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни зазначеної в договорі і становить в 2020 році 6343,34 грн. (шість тисяч триста сорок три грн. 34 коп.)
