Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році та складає 26 145 гривень 00 копійок без ПДВ в межах фінансового плану/кошторису/плану використання коштів на 2023р.У зв’язку з відкриттям нових аналітичних рахунків для Замовника у Державній казначейській службі України та з метою зміни банківських реквізитів «Замовника» у Договорі, Сторони дійшли згоди викласти реквізити сторін у новій редакції. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та відповідно до ст. 631 ЦК поширює свою дію на правовідносини, що виникли до набрання чинності цієї Додаткової угоди з 01 січня 2023 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків з моменту затвердження фінансового плану/кошторису/плану використання коштів на 2023 р. до 28.02.2023 року або до їх повного здійснення.

Керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяг закупівлі на 1362 послуги та суму Договору №31-Б від 23.02.2022 р (далі – Договір) на 20 430,00 грн. без ПДВ (двадцять тисяч чотириста тридцять гривень 00 копійок).
Відповідно до затверджених видатків сума на 2023 рік становить 5 715,00 грн. (п’ять тисяч сімсот п’ятнадцять гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.
