керуючись п. 5 ч. 4. ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п. 9.4.5. розділу 9 «Зміни та розірвання Договору» Договору № 118 від «02» липня 2018 року, Сторони досягли згоди про зміну ціни в бік зменшення, без зміни обсягу послуг:
1. Внести зміни до пункту 4.1. розділу 4 Договору «Ціна договору і порядок розрахунків», виклавши його в наступній редакції:
Ціна даного Договору становить 7 970 371,20 грн. (Сім мільйонів дев’ятсот сімдесят тисяч триста сімдесят одна грн., 20 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ: 1 328 395,20 грн. (Один мільйон триста двадцять вісім тисяч триста дев’яносто п’ять грн., 20 коп.).
2. Додатки до Договору Специфікація (Додаток 1 до Договору), Договірна ціна (Додаток 2 до Договору), Кошторис (Додаток 3 до Договору) викласти у новій редакції.
3. Інші умови Договору № 118 від «02» липня 2018 року не порушені даним Додатком, залишаються незмінними, і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
