«Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період 19.01.2021р. до 31,12.2021р. становить 245 050, 769 кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу (передачі) електричної енергії у оператора системи. Обсяги закупівлі електричної енергії можуть бути зменшені залежно від реального фінансування видатків».
Пункт 2.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту «Строк (термін) поставки товару: протягом 2021 року 19.01.2021р. до 31.12.2021р.
Пункт 12.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту:
«Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання Сторонами та діє до «31» грудня 2021р., якщо інше не встановлено комерційною пропозицією, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.».

Продовжити дію договору про постачання електричної енергії на строк до 31.01.2022 р. достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, а саме на суму 136943,12 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ.
Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період з 01.01.2022р. по 31.01.2022р. становить 24132 кВт*год, та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу та передачі електричної енергії у оператора системи.
Споживач розраховується з Постачальником за електричну енергію за ціною, що з 01.01.2022 року становить 4,72896 грн. за 1кВт*год. без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ 0,94579 грн., всього з ПДВ - 5,67475 грн. за 1кВт*год.
