Сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення обсягу поставки і загальної вартості (ціни) цього Договору виходячи з фінансових можливостей та виробничих потреб Покупця у зв’язку з чим:
Пункт 3.3. розділу 3 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
«3.3. Загальна вартість (ціна) цього Договору, відповідно до Додатку № 2 до цього Договору, становить 3 499 936, 92 грн. (три мільйони чотириста дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот тридцять шість гривень дев’яносто дві копійки), в т. ч. ПДВ 20% – 583 322, 82 грн. (п’ятсот вісімдесят три тисячі триста двадцять дві гривні вісімдесят дві копійки) (Загальна вартість (ціна) Договору визначається відповідно до пропозиції переможця процедури закупівлі).
. В Додаток № 2 до Договору внести такі зміни:
Цифри «330 000» змінити на «37 178».
Цифри і слова «330 000 (триста тридцять тисяч)» змінити на «37 178 (тридцять сім тисяч сто сімдесят вісім)».
