У зв’язку зі зміною тарифу на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 26.08.2025 № 1335 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП» від 19 грудня 2024 року № 2216, зменшенням обсягу закупівлі, керуючись пп.1 та пп.7 п.19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» , на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року № 1178, п.7 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору.
