Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order

Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору № 579 від 27.04.2020 р. на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в наступному бюджетному періоді, на суму коштів, що не перевищує 20 % від вартості Договору. У зв’язку з цим Сторони визначають додаткову суму Договору в розмірі: 1 099 800,00 грн. (Один мільйон дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч вісімсот грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ ( 20 % ) – 183 300,00 грн., в тому числі:
- Паливо дизельне – 32 300 х 20,97 = 677 331,00 грн.;
- Бензин марки 92 – 13 000 х 21,00 = 273 000,00 грн.;
- Бензин марки 95 – 7 000 х 21,3527142 = 149 469,00 грн.
Таким чином, Сума Договору становить: 6 598 800,00 грн. (Шість мільйонів п’ятсот дев’яносто вісім тисяч вісімсот грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 1 099 800,00 грн.
