Керуючись ст. ст. 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України та пунктом 2.3. Договору про надання послуги спеціального зв’язку від 27.01.2021 № 3617 (далі - Договір), уклали цю Додаткову угоду 1 до Договору (далі - Угода) про наступне:

Керуючись ст. ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та відповідно до пункту 6.1. Договору на послуги спеціального зв’язку від «27» січня 2021 року № 3617 (далі - Договір), уклали цю Додаткову угоду 2 (далі - Угода) до Договору про наступне:
1. Зменшити ціну Договору на 1 400,00 грн, виклавши пункт 3.8. Договору у такій редакції:
« 3.8. Ціна Договору становить: без ПДВ - 500 грн, ПДВ – 100,00 грн, разом з ПДВ 600,00 грн. (шістсот гривень 00 коп.)».
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
