Керуючись Цивільним кодексом України, ч. 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктами 13.2., 13.3, 13,5 Договору підряду, у зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю, Сторони погодилися внести зміни до Договору № 16/19 від 16 липня 2019 року (далі - Договір) у Розділ 4 «Ціна договору», виклавши в наступній редакції : «4.1. Договірна ціна на виконання підрядних робіт на об’єкті Капітальний ремонт покрівлі в Оваднівському дитячому навчальному закладі в селі Овадне по вулиці Покровська, 23 Володимир-Волинського району Волинської області включно з поставкою обладнання становить 1 800 000, 00 (один мільйон вісімсот тисяч) гривень з ПДВ, в тому числі ПДВ 20% в сумі 300 000 (триста тисяч) гривень., є динамічною/твердою і визначається на основі проектно-кошторисної документації та тендерної пропозиції . Договірна ціна може коригуватись і уточнюватись у випадках передбачених чинним законодавством та національними стандартами України з ціноутворення у будівництві (ДСТУ). За взаємною згодою сторін ціна договору може бути зменшена. Договірна ціна є невід’ємною складовою цього договору. »
