Договору №19-10/а від 19 жовтня 2020 року, у зв’язку із виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що унеможливлюють виконання зобов’язань в строки передбачені договором, а саме: у зв'язку з технічною неможливістю отримання дозволу на виконання будівельних робіт, пункт 4.1 Договору викласти у новій редакції: «Строк виконання робіт за уим договором встановлюється до 31 грудня 2021 року, але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань.»
