Керуючись вимогами чинного законодавства, на підставі пункту 13.7, 13.8, 17.1 Договору №02/151 від 10.04.2024 та рішення головного розпорядника коштів Замовника від 23.08.2024 №220/71/3189 уклали Додаткову угоду про наступне:
внесені зміни до Розділу 13 " Проведення розрахунків за виконані роботи" - Замовник надає Підряднику попередню оплату відповідно Замовник надає Підряднику попередню оплату відповідно до постанови кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070 “Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти”, постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 № 1764 “Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва” (із змінами та доповненнями) та рішення головного розпорядника коштів Замовника від 23.08.2024 № 220/71/3189.
До Розділу 25 (Місцезнаходження та банківські реквізити Сторін).
