Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони дійшли згоди, і вирішили укласти дану ДУ і продовжити дію договору про надання послуг за державні кошти на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2023 рік на суму 26 976,04 в т.ч. ПДВ - 4 496,01 грн, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору, укладеного в попередньому році.
