Додаткова угода № 2 до договору № 239-ДЗ Відповідно до внесенних змін в кошторис Замовника збільшити бюджетні зобовязання на 60200,00 грн. Внести доповнення до п.12.1 Договору "Бюджетні зобов"язання що виникають за цім Договором в межах відповідних бюджетних призначень (асигнувань) згідно кошторису Замовника на 2017 рік становлять 485045,24 грн. (чотириста вісвмдесят п"ять тисяч сорок п"ять грн. 24 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 80840,87 грн."
Подальша зміна зобов"язань регламентуєтся внесенням змін до кошторису Замовника та підписанням Додаткової угоди, але в будь якому разі не може перевищувати суми зазначеної в п.3.1 Договору № 239-ДЗ від 13.02.2017 р.

3.1. Ціна цьго Договору становить 39517,40 грн.(Тридцять дев"ять тисяч п"ятсот сімнадцять грн. 40 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 6586,23 грн. ,
що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми , визначеної в Договорі.
