1. Відповідно до ч. 5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», якою передбачено, що дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони дійшли згоди дію Договору № 11/т-106 від 22.12.2018р. продовжити до 30.06.2020 року та збільшити ціну Договору на суму 398 030,40 грн. (триста дев’яносто вісім тисяч тридцять грн. 40 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у п. 3.1. Договору № 11/т-106 від 22.12.2018р
