Note:
Керуючись ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.2. Договору №27-1013 від 18.05.2020 сторони домовились продовжити термін дії Договору на термін, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % ціни Договору. А саме - збільшити суму Договору на 21 989,20 грн. з ПДВ (загальна сума Договору з урахування збільшення складає – 134 659,20 грн. з ПДВ), кількість Послуг збільшити на – 18 (загальна кількість Послуг з урахуванням збільшення складає – 119) та продовжити термін дії Договору до 31.03.2021 року.
