Зменшити обсяг закупівлі та викласти пункт 1.3 розділу І договору в наступній редакції: «1.3. Кількість: активна електрична енергія – 66562 кВт*год.»;
змінити ціну за одиницю товару за відповідні періоди з урахуванням положень статті 631 ЦК України, доповнивши пункт 3.2 розділу 3 договору текстом наступного змісту: «з 01.10.2020 по 30.11.2020 – 2,83356030 грн. (з урахуваннями ПДВ), з 01.12.2020 по 31.12.2020 – 3,28748400 грн. (з урахуваннями ПДВ)»;
погодити зміни ціни в договорі про закупівлю в бік зменшення на 95366 грн. 28 коп. та викласти пункт 3.4 Договору в новій редакції:
«Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається як сума очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, визначеного у п. 5.2. Договору, та становить 192877 (сто дев’яносто дві тисячі вісімсот сімдесят сім) грн. 08 коп., у тому числі ПДВ – 32146 грн.18 коп.
обсяг фінансування за рахунок коштів державного бюджету України складає 192870 (сто дев’яносто дві тисячі вісімсот сімдесят) грн. 20 коп.
обсяг фінансування за рахунок коштів від власної господарської діяльності складає 6 (шість) грн. 88 коп.»
