Львова», сторони домовились внести зміни в преамбулі тексту Договору та по тексту Договору, замінивши сторону по договору з Комунального некомерційного підприємства «5-а міська клінічна поліклініка м. Львова» на Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Львівське територіальне медичне об'єднання «Клінічна лікарня планового лікування, реабілітації та паліативної допомоги».
