Керуючись пунктом 1.4 Розділу 1 Договору від 03.01.2018 року №7 у зв'язку з неможливістью оплати за перевезення пільгових категорій громадян з рахунків УПСЗН Овруцької РДА (платежі по УПСЗН в УДКСУ в Овруцькому районі черекз виконання рішень суду проводяться лише за захіщеними витатками , визначеними Бюджетним кодексом України) та необхідністю збільшення на 195 000 тис грн вартості відшкодування Перевіізнику для оплати з рахунку Овруцької міської ради.
