тендерним комітетом було прийнято рішення додати зміни до закупівлі UA-2018-03-14-000342-a, а саме: показати змінену суму договору, що була збільшена на підставі ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», погоджена Сторонами та оформлена додатковою угодою № 10 від 24.01.2019 (опублікована відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 10 Закону) задля технічної можливості сформувати звіт про виконання договору даної закупівлі, так як, у зв’язку зі змінами, що провадить майданчик, наразі відсутня можливість діяти Замовнику згідно чинного законодавства та завершити договір даної закупівлі.
