Керуючись п.7 ч.5. ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України у звязку із зміною регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП № 2454 від 01.12.2021 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК "Укренерго" на 2022 рік", сторони домовилися збільшити ціну за одиницю товару.

Керуючись п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 3 ст. 631 ЦКУ, у звязку зі зміною збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю/внесення змін до такого договору щодо збільшення ціни за одиницю товару. Ціна 1 кВт*год електричної енергії, станом на дату укладання Додаткової угоди становить 4,382419397 грн з ПДВ.
