1. У зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Сторони вирішили за взаємною згодою зменшити ціну Договору на 795 489 грн. 70 коп. (сімсот дев’яносто п’ять тисяч чотириста вісімдесят дев’ять гривень 70 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 132 581 грн. 62 коп. (сто тридцять дві тисячі п’ятсот вісімдесят одна гривня 62 копійки). 2. Ціна Договору після зменшення становить 1 571 858 грн. 30 коп. (один мільйон п’ятсот сімдесят одна тисяча вісімсот п’ятдесят вісім гривень 30 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 261 976 грн. 38 коп. (двісті шістдесят одна тисяча дев’ятсот сімдесят шість гривень 38 копійок).
