1. Сторони за взаємною згодою домовилися зменшити ціну Договору на 24 442 грн. 50 коп. (двадцять чотири тисячі чотириста сорок дві гривні 50 копійок). 2. Ціна Договору після зменшення становить 77 154 грн. 50 коп. (сімдесят сім тисяч сто п'ятдесят чотири гривні 50 коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 20% - 12 859 грн. 08 коп. (дванадцять тисяч вісімсот п'ятдесят дев'ять гривень 08 коп.). 3. У зв'язку з повним виконанням Сторонами зобов'язань на суму, зазначену в пункті 2 цієї Додаткової угоди, Сторони вирішили припинити дію Договору № 28-03/02-17 від 06.04.2017 року за взаємною згодою з моменту набрання чинності цієї Додаткової угоди.
