Сторони домовились, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, зменшити суму Договору про природнього газу № 400/21 від 29.01.2021 року (далі – Договір) на 49 261 грн. 60 коп.(сорок дев’ять тисяч двісті шістдесят одну гривню 60 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 8210 грн. 27 коп. (вісім тисяч двісті десять гривень 27 копійок) та викласти Пункти 1.2 та 2.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«1.2. Постачальник передає Споживачу газ в обсягах до 39 251,856 куб. метрів.
Постачання газу здійснюється для потужностей Споживача за наступною адресою:
37343, Україна Полтавська область, с. Рашівка, вул. Миру, 30 , в обсягах, що передбачені відповідними додатками до Договору.
«2.1. Ціна газу з урахуванням вартості послуг замовлення (бронювання)
потужності за 1000,0 кубічних метрів газу та без ПДВ складає 5677 грн. 50 коп., крім того ПДВ 20% – 1135 грн. 50 коп. Разом 6209 грн. 50 коп. Ціна договору зменшується за взаємною згодою Сторін.
Загальна вартість договору становить: 267 422 грн. 90 коп. (двісті шістдесят сім тисяч чотириста двадцять дві грн.. 90 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ – 44 570 грн. 48 коп. (сорок чотири тисячі п’ятсот сімдеят грн. 48 коп.).
