Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" №922-VІІІ від 25.12.2015 року Дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку. Сторони домовилися збільшити суму договору в обсязі що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі. Загальна сума договору становить 218900,43 грн. з ПДВ. Обсяг постачання газу у січні 2019 року становить 15,107 тис.м.куб. Більш детально у додатковій угоді.
