Внести зміни в пункт 1. Предмет Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: Виконавець надає «Споживачу» «Послуги з відведення стічних вод» ( послуги у сфері водовідведення) код 90430000-0 згідно ДК 021:2015. Доповнити п. 3.1 Договору:
1. В зв`язку з тим , що ціна за 1 куб.м при закупівлі послуг «Послуги з відведення стічних вод» (послуги у сфері водовідведення) з 01 по 18 січня 2018року складала 13,104 грн. ( НКРЕКП, Постанова від 04.06.2015р. №1720 «Про встановлення тарифів на централізоване водопостачання та водовідведення КП «КОМСЕРВІС» Куп`янської міської ради Харківської області), а з 19 січня 2018р - 15,95 грн за 1 куб.м (Рішення від 19.12.2017р. №463 Виконавчого комітету Куп`янської міської ради Харківської області), проплату в січні 2018 р. за водовідведення провести згідно тарифів, які діяли з 01 січня по 18 січня 2018року - 13,104 грн, а з 19 січня 2018р - 15,95 грн за 1 куб.м .
