припинення або скасування», у зв’язку з фактичним об'ємом виконання робіт, за сумісним рішенням Сторін (ст. 651 ЦК України) подовженням строків виконання підрядних робіт та перенесення фінансування на 2025 рік, Сторони домовились внести зміни та викласти в новій редакції п.3.3 Договору
