Керуючись статтею 651 Цивiльного кодексу Украiни, статтею 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупiвлi», пунктами 1.3, 13.1 Договору №988 вiд 05.06.2018р. (далі - Договiр), Сторони уклали цю Додаткову угоду (надалi - Додаткова угода) про наступне:
1. На виконання розпорядження виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) від 08.05.2019 №813 зменшити обсяги закупiвлi за Договором до суми наявних затверджених вiдповідних бюджетних асигнувань по об’єкту: «Розчистка та благоустрій озера Миколайчик у Голосіївському районі м. Києва (капітальний ремонт)» та викласти п.3.1. Договору у наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна цього договору є твердою та становить 10 001 086,12 грн. (десять мільйонів одна тисячі вісімдесят шість гривень 12 коп) в тому числi ПДВ 20% - 1 666 847,69 грн. (один мільйон шістсот шістдесят шість тисяч вісімсот сорок сім гривень 69 копійок), згiдно договірної ціни, яка є невід’ємним додатком до Договору».
2. Додатки до Договору №1 – договірна ціна, №2 – графік виконання робіт, №3- план фінансування викласти у новій редакції що додається.
3. З моментy пiдписання Додаткової угоди Договiр припиняє свою дію.
4. Сторони підтверджують про вiдсутнiсть будь-яких майнових чи немайнових претензій одна до одного.
