Договором передбачено, що ціна за 1000 куб.м. газу становить 4416,00 гривень.
Відповідно до даних Української енергетичної біржі, середньозважена ціна природного газу ресурсу січня за результатами електронних біржових торгів на ТБ "Українська універсальна біржа" станом на 13.01.2021 складала 7924,07 грн/тис. куб. м. з ПДВ.
Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", ціну товару за одиницю збільшено на 10%.

збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю. Обмеження щодо строків зміни ціни за одиницю товару не застосовується у випадках зміни умов договору про закупівлю бензину та дизельного пального, газу та електричної енергії
