Сторони домовилися внести зміни в п.13.2.1 розділу 13.Строк дії договору та інші умови :«Договір набуває чинності з моменту підписання його сторонами і діє до «15» червня 2023 року, в частині розрахунків – до їх повного виконання. Дія цього договору розповсюджується на відносини між Сторонами, які виникли з 01 січня 2023 року на підставі ч.3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України.» та зменшити суму договору на суму: 507736,44 грн. «Загальна сума цього Договору згідно з обсягами бюджетного фінансування становить 586274,21 грн., крім того ПДВ 146568,55 грн. разом з ПДВ 732842,76 грн.( Сімсот тридцять дві тисячі вісімсот сорок дві гривні сімдесят шість копійок).
