1. Пункт 1.2. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«п.1.2. Найменування предмета Договору про закупівлю за кодом згідно Національного класифікатора ДК 021:2015 – 65310000-9 Розподіл електричної енергії.
Обсяг розподілу електричної енергії на січень - червень 2023 року за цим договором складає 15 771 кВт*год"
2. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору зменшена на 32403,75грн. (Тридцять дві тисячі чотириста три грн. 75коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 5400,63 грн. (П'ять тисяч чотириста грн. 63 коп.) та становить 16551,35 грн грн. (шістнадцять тисяч п'тсот п'ятдесят одна грн. 35 коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 2758,56 грн. (дві тисячі сімсот п'ятдесят вісім грн. 56 коп.)
3. Пункт 5.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«5.1. Строк (термін) надання послуги за цим Договором про закупівлю з 01.01.2023 р. по 30.06.2023 р. включно.»
