У відповідності до Постанови КМУ від 02.07.2014р. N240 «Питання декларування зміни оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби» та Наказу МОЗ України від 18.08.2014р. №574 "Про затвердження Положення про реєстр оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби і вироби медичного призначення, порядок внесення до нього змін та форм декларації зміни оптово-відпускної ціни на лікарський засіб та виріб медичного призначення". Згідно листа ТОВ «СТМ-Фарм» від 09.08.2021 року, пунктів 1 та 7 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , та п.11.7 (1 та 7) договору, а саме: зменшення обсягів закупівлі та зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством органами державної статистики індексу споживчих цін, зміни курсу іноземної валюти, зміни біржових котирувань або показників Platts, ARGUS регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, що застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю, у разі встановлення в договорі про закупівлю порядку зміни ціни.
Зменшити суму Договору на 42,23 грн. (Сорок дві грн. 23 коп.) та підпункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 74 076,67 грн. ( Сімдесят чотири тисячі сімдесят шість грн. 67 коп.) з ПДВ: 4 846, 14 грн.
