Сторони дійшли згоди та погодились внести зміни до п. 2 розділу "Фінансування робіт (будівництва об'єкта) та викласти його в новій редакції: Розмір фінансування у 2022 році: 840 000,00 грн.; п. 3 "Фінансування робіт (будівництва об'єкта) та викласти його в новій редакції: Розмір фінансування у 2023 році: 2 360 000,00 грн. Внести зміни в п. 1 розділу "Строк дії договору": Цей договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 31.12.2023 року, а у частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за цим Договором. Строком Договору є час, протягом якого Сторони будуть здійснювати свої права та виконувати свої обов'язки відповідно до договору. Додаток 1 "Календарний графік виконання робіт" до Договору в новій редакції (додається).
