Круючись п. 8 ч. четвертої, ч. п’ятою статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»сторони продовжили дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме до 28 квітня 2021 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, тобто сума збільшення не може перевищувати 764 012,40 грн. з ПДВ.

Керуючись пунктом 8 частини четвертої, частиною п’ятою статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі пункту 11.2. Договору № 2020/163 від 15.05.2020, у зв’язку з подовженням дії Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі, збільшили суму Договору на 763 614,00 грн. з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми Договору. Ціна Договору після збільшення становить 4583676,00 грн. з ПДВ.
