На підставі постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" від 23 квітня 2014 року №117 (зі змінами), Сторони домовились внести зміни до договору № 17/2052-59 від 26 грудня 2017 р. щодо можливості здійснення попередньої оплати послуг в розмірі 100% їх вартості на строк не більше шести місяців та на підставі рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів.
