На підставі п.п. 7 п. 19 «Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», затверджених Постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022 р. № 1178, та п. 11.2 Договору № 050201/23 від 23 січня 2023 р. Відповідно Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», необхідно внести відповідні зміни до Договору № 050201/23 від 23 січня 2023 р., у зв’язку зі зміною регульованого тарифу на послугу з забезпечення перетікань реактивної електричної енергії до електроустановок споживача з 01 вересня 2023р., у порядку, передбаченому згідно зі ст. 10 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Після внесення змін до Договору № 050201/23 від “23” січня 2023р Ціна договору на період з «01» січня 2023 року по «31» грудня 2023 року становить 130493,00 грн. в тому числі ПДВ (20%) 21748,83 грн.
