Продовження строку дії договору відповідно ч.5 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі". Договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє в частині постачання газу по 31.03.2018р.. а в частині розрахунків до повного їх здійснення. Згідно ч.3 ст.631 ЦКУ умови договору застосовуються до відносин між сторонами, які виникли до його укладення. Доповнення договору додатком № 3 "Договірні обсяги постачання природного газу на І квартал 2018р.(додається). Ця додаткова угода врегульовує відносини між сторонами з 01.01.2018р.

Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, а саме на 20316,92 грн., в зв"язку з цим внести зміни до п. 3.3. Розділу ІІІ цього договору, а саме:
Загальна вартість договору складається з місячних сум вартості фактично поставлених обсягів газу, згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених сторонами протягом періоду постачання та становить 121949,78 грн.
Дана додаткова угода врегульовує відносини між сторонами з 01 січня 2018 року та діє до 31 березня 2018 року.
