« 15.1. Договір вступає в силу з моменту його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін та скріплення їх печатками і діє до «31» грудня 2024 року (включно), але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором. Закінчення строку Договору не звільняє Сторони від відповідальності за його порушення, яке мало місце під час дії договору ».
