У зв'язку з реєстрацією КНП "ЦПМСД Давидівської сільської ради" платником ПДВ та зміною у фінансуванні предмету Договору № 1945200 від 16.01.2025 р. сторони погодили внести зміни до п. 5.1. Розділу 5 Договору «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії" обумовивши оплату електроенергії Споживачем за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету та власного бюджету (коштів від господарської діяльності). Також внесено зміни у розділ 18 Договору «Реквізити сторін» в частині реквізитів Споживача.
