Note:
1. Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 3.5 та п. 13.1 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару (Сир кисломолочний з масовою часткою жиру 9% фасований 0,2 кг, виробник Богодухівський молзавод, Торгова марка Українське, Сир твердий з масовою часткою жиру 45%, виробник ТОВ Молочна Садиба, Торгова марка Молочна Садиба за код ДК 021:2015 15540000-5 – «Сирні продукти») не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. З урахуванням цих змін виникла необхідність у зменшенні обсягів закупівлі. Більш детально в дод. угоді.
