У зв’язку з тим, що на майданчику не передбачено можливість дворазового оприлюднення додаткової угоди на підставі ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» , а зміни до договору з причини продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік оприлюднюються двічі: за першим разом оприлюднюються зміни, щодо погодження продовження строку дії договору де зазначається дата завершення дії відповідної угоди без суми ; за другим разом оприлюднюються зміни до договору вже з сумою, яка не перевищує 20% від суми договору за минулий рік, в даному випадку обрано пункт змін «Продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг (через документально підтверджені об’єктивні обставини)» через необхідність оприлюднення додаткової угоди вже з сумою на підставі ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі»
