Додатковою угодою № 1 від 23 грудня 2020 року до Договору № 51-02 від 23.12.2020 року , Сторони домовились внести наступні зміни:
1.На підставі п. 8.3. Договору, Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 3.1 Договору та викласти п. 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Відповідно до ч. 5. п. 4 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв’язку з перенесенням електронною системою закупівлі аукціону (ідентифікатор закупівлі: UA-2020-12-02-012192-b) через технічну неможливість його проведення, сторони домовились про наступний строк надання послуг: з моменту підписання Договору по 31 грудня 2020 року».
