У зв’язку зі зміною регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в Договорі та відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 17.09.2019 року №1968 «Про внесення змін до постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, від 16.06.2016 року №1141» були встановлені тарифи на централізоване водопостачання з 23.09.2019 року за м.куб – 10,212 грн. з урахуванням ПДВ. 1. Відповідно до умов договору на подачу холодної води сторони вирішили збільшити вартість ціни договору та внести наступні зміни до Договору. Найменування предмета закупівлі: ДК 021:2015 90410000-4 Послуги з відкачування стічних вод (водовідведення (стоки) в кількості 7779,3 м. куб. Ціна цього Договору встановлюється у національній валюті України та становить 70266,07 грн. (Сімдесят тисяч двісті шістдесят шість грн. 07 коп. з урахуванням ПДВ 11711,01грн). Сума збільшення ціни Договору по даній додатковій угоді становить 6472,07 грн. (Шість тисяч чотириста сімдесят дві грн. 07 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 1078,68 грн.
