Сторони дійшли згоди про те, що до внесення змін НКРЕКП до Типового договору розподілу природного газу, затвердженого постановою НКРЕКП, від 30 вересня 2015 року № 2498, оплату за послуги розподілу природного газу здійснювати з урахуванням Постанови КМУ від 2 грудня 2020р. № 1198 "Про внесення змін до постанов Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 р. № 1070 і від 22 липня 2020 р. № 641". Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін та доповнень і є чинними протягом дії Договору.
