На підставі положень п.5 ст.41 роздіру 8 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", листа Виконавця від 09ю12ю2021 "01/09 та відповідно до п. 11.3. договору "7/2021 від 03.11.2021 (далі Договір) Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк виконання робіт до 16.02.2022 року та внести такі зміни до Договору: Додаток 4 "Календарний план" до Договору викласти у новій редакції, що додається. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
