З метою укладання Договору про надання послуг Замовнику на 2022 рік з дотриманням строків, передбачених Законом для проведення процедури закупівлі, керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону, яка дає можливість дію Договору про закупівлю продовжити на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
