Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару відповідно до пп 1 та пп. 2 п. 4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни товару на ринку (підстава- рішення Виконавчого комітету № 66 від 16.05.18 Про встановлення скоригованих тарифів на послуги з водопостачання та водовідведення, що надає Виноградівське СКГ Виноградівської сільської ради) за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми договору.
