1. Керуючись п. 11. Договору (далі – Договір), в зв’язку зі збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю, Сторони домовилися про наступне: 1.1. Нова ціна за 1 кг «Кефір 2,5%» становить 22,49грн. 1.2. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в такій редакції: « 3.1. Ціна цього договору (сума, визначена в цьому договорі) становить: 90000,00грн.(дев’яносто тисяч грн. 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 15000,00грн.».
