На момент укладаненя додаткової угоди юридичні зобов'язання виникають в межах кошторисних призначень і складають 40000,00 грн (сорок тисяч гривень 00 коп.) з ПДВ. Подальше взяття зобов'язань по даному Договору буде регулюватися по мірі збільшення кошторисних призначень , але не більше супи проведеної процедури закупівлі зазнавеної у п.3.1. розділу 3 даного договору , а саме до 145350,24 грн (сто сорок п'ять тисяч триста п'ятдесят гривень 24 коп.) з ПДВ. Всі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
